This designer, 4000sf home boasts a rooftop hot tub with skyline views, a four stop elevator, a theater with surround sound, five bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 3 half bathrooms, chef’s kitchen, wet bar with beverage refrigerator, shuffleboard table, and two spacious outdoor terraces.

The home is convenient to Broadway (7 mins), Centennial Park (3 mins), midtown (7 mins), and the Gulch (7mins).

The space

Four levels (five including roof terrace) of custom, high end finishes.

Additional beds can be placed in an area of choice: queen air mattress and two twin memory foam rollaway beds

Due to the nature of our small business, we have chosen a “Strict Cancellation Policy”. We will be unable to make exceptions. We recommend purchasing a travel insurance plan in the event some or all of the guests are unable to attend. Thank you for understanding.

IMPORTANT!

We cannot guarantee early check in/late check out due to the turn over schedule and other bookings. Please book your flights accordingly. There are several companies in town who will pick up and store your bags for you until you are ready for them. If you will require a morning check in, please book the night prior to your stay.

All requests for early check in/late check out must occur at the time of booking.

Great house .. just wished sound system worked and maybe would have been nice to have television on kitchen level.. but overall wonderful house , we had a great time!!

Review of The Downtown Mansion

This home is gorgeous! It is very contemporary and inviting. There are several flights of stairs in the home and there is an elevator to help with that if needed. Location was close to downtown. The outdoor spaces are spacious and a fun place to hang out. The sun does shine bright through the bedrooms early in the morning so you may need a sleeping mask if you are sensitive to light. Overall it was a great place to stay!!

This was the perfect place for a girls weekend! Location was a quick Uber to everything, tons of space and a beautiful home!! Would totally recommend. Kristin was also extremely communicative

Policy:

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking (when booking 30 or more days in advance)
After that, reservations cancelled 30 or more days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
Refunds will not be given after 30 days before check-in
We strongly recommend purchasing traveler’s insurance in the event one or more guests experience unforeseen circumstances. Traveler’s insurance is affordable and can be split among multiple travelers for individual coverages beyond your vacation rental. Most plans include lost/delayed luggage, missed flight connections, accident coverage and more.

General Rules:

Check in is at 3 PM and check out is at 10 AM.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and must email a copy of a valid driver’s license within 24 hours of booking to kristin@crashinnash.com.
NO PETS ALLOWED: we love all of our furry friends, however we are unable to accommodate pets at this time.
NO PARTIES, extra guests or events (such as weddings) of any kind are permitted on the property. Outdoor cameras are installed. Proof of parties, events, or extra guests will result in a non-refundable booking cancellation.
NO SOUND SYSTEMS allowed. Small Sonos speakers are permitted as long as they cannot be heard by neighboring units or from the street.
DO NOT climb over the roof barriers to the neighboring properties.
All properties are NON SMOKING and drug use is not permitted. Smokers must smoke outside the street level exit doors and dispose of waste properly. Smoking on decks and terraces is not permitted as to avoid damage to turf and deck surfaces.
DO NOT TAPE OR ADHERE DECORATIONS to the walls, windows, or art or use any form of confetti or glitter. This includes tacks,tape, glue, Command Strips or anything sticky. Tape has and will tear the paint and drywall paper off. There will be a fine of $250 per damaged area for repairs. We recommend decorating with balloons, flowers, and table arrangements.
Each individual property is subject to additional rules provided at time of booking as unit amenities vary (example: hot tub rules etc.)
